Here at Recompose, our mission is to provide tasty and high volume meals. That's why our meal sizes are nothing less than a huge 600g per serving to ensure you feel satiated and full whilst cutting. You can rest assured that when you choose us, you won't be left feeling hungry.

We recognise that weight loss and weight gain aren't just about eating the right meals; we have complex relationships with food that might be linked with trauma, our emotions and people. We want to support you to unravel and challenge these with the opportunity to receive ongoing nutrition coaching to support you through the entirety of your weight loss or gain journey. This is at the heart of our 8-week transformation package.

One of the hardest parts of dieting is sticking to it for a long enough period to produce long-term results. Unlike other meal preparation services, we are right there next to you, holding you accountable to your goals. When it gets hard, or you encounter a difficult task ahead (for example, an event or holiday), we are there to workout a game-plan with you to ensure you feel confident, strong and resilient.

Our foundations are built on the latest academic research from the health science and exercise science world. Both Ruby (founder of Recompose) and Richard (founder of Razors Edge PT) have Masters degrees and put these research skills to good use to ensure our nutrition guidelines, meals and workout programs are continually updated as new research emerges. You can rest assured you have hired the experts.
5. Convenient
As you get leaner and leaner and as you diet for longer, research shows that your ability to stick to your diet can suffer due to what's called 'decision fatigue'. What this means is you have less capacity to decide what to make for dinner for example, so you become more at-risk to break your diet for a more convenient food choice, like takeaways or Uber Eats. We solve that for you by eliminating decision fatigue entirely by not only making your main meals for you (even more convenient than takeaways!), but by also providing you a meal plan, which tells you what to eat and at what times for each meal. This will be adjusted each week if required to avoid plateaus in your weight loss journey. Recompose is the convenient choice.
