After the success of our preliminary Strongman and Strongwoman competition in December 2023, we will offer a variety of competitions across the year.

Bench Press Championships, 25th May, Snap Albany

This local competition is being run as tribute to the IPF Bench Press World Championships held at the same time in Austin, Texas, this year.
