Meet Your Coach

Hey, I’m Ruby — coach, powerlifter, nutrition nerd, and someone who genuinely understands what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body and unsure where to start.

​

In my early twenties, I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and didn’t feel at home in my body. Over time — through education, lifting, and a lot of mindset work — I transformed not just how I eat and move, but how I think and feel about myself. Now, I help other women do the same.

​

I’m a qualified coach with a Master’s degree in Sociology and specialist training in nutrition for powerlifting. I compete in IPF Federation Powerlifting in the bench press and am passionate about helping women feel strong, fuelled, and confident — inside and out. Behind the scenes, I’m also supported by my mentor and partner (pretty cute, I know), Richard, who holds his own Master’s degree and brings a wealth of experience as my mentor.

​

I’ve been vegetarian since I was 12 (I loved animals too much to eat them!) and I know that your lifestyle and values matter when it comes to your health journey. That’s why my coaching is always personal, holistic, and realistic.

​

Outside of the gym, you’ll usually find me spending time with my fiancé and my family — they’re my grounding force and biggest cheerleaders.

​

"I recently completed 6 weeks with Ruby’s training and nutrition program, and it honestly shifted everything for me.
