Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your GOODLIFT account and all associated data, please email:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your GOODLIFT account email and user name

  • Your request to delete your account

Once your request is received, your account and all personal data (email, profile, workouts, photos, videos, messages, and metadata) will be permanently deleted within 7 days.
